The care over all was so amazing. Check in was super fast. People were so kind to my 3 daughters and mom while they cared for me. My daughter got a toy for being good. Thank you for caring
RecommendedThe Care was excellent and quick The Staff was great, they did not treat you like a patient, they were very friendly. I had an issue with my insurance covering this as an "out-of-network"; the owner personally called me to offer help and advice in dealing with my insurance provider. You do not get that every where you go.

I have taken my child and myself to Katy ER several times over the last 2 yrs. I have walked in and was immediately seen with no wait. Staff, nurses and MD were excellent and knowledgable and helped in every way. Glad to know the ERKaty is close when we need it.
ER Katy was one of the few places open after 10:30pm, but I'm glad I went there. The place was very nice, everyone there was great. I was in a lot of pain but they got me in quickly, and they were genuinely concerned with trying to help. At the end of my stay I had to be transported to the hospital for surgery. I really appreciate the care I received while I was at ER Katy and they made my transition to the hospital smooth as they got everything setup before I arrived by ambulance.
Great patient care! Awesome rooms, Drs and nurses slowly explained everything, and followed up with us to check on my son. If the need arises, this will be the first place I come too!
With a sick child, the last thing you want to do is wait! We were seen right away and got a follow up call. The staff was excellent!
Brought my daughter home from college in a panic due to her constant headaches since her concussion last August. The receptionist was friendly and there was little to no wait to be taken back to the most comfortable and equipped room. The assistant gathered my daughter's information and shortly thereafter, the attending physician came in and evaluated her. It was really quite a pleasant visit, despite the circumstance.
