This place is excellent. I had to go there with my daughter because she couldn't breathe well. The staff was so great with my 2 years old daughter. She was confortable there. The next day I received a personal phone call from the doctor to see how my daughter was. The children's room is beautiful and has many toys and books to distract the kids. Thanks for everything. I definitely recommend this place!

ER Katy is convenient and immaculate. The staff is very friendly and took care of my friend right away. He needed stitches in his leg. It has everything one could want in an Emergency Room - except the crowds, long wait times, and the hospital smell. :) Even provided refreshments in the lobby!
As far as emergency rooms go, this one is one is spot on! Friendly, knowledgeable staff with no wait. I highly recommend this ER!
