RecommendedWe had an excellent experience at ER Katy! My 18 month old had "nurse maid elbow"- a condition that I had not heard of before so we were pretty upset. The staff were so kind with my daughter. That meant a lot to us! The staff were all very professional, from reception to the physician. I would HIGHLY recommend ER Katy for everyone.
I am very pleased with the facility and each employee from registration through to discharge. The place was clean and in order. Everyone was kind and caring and allowed for any question I had for my visit. They were very attentive and made an uncomfortable situation a more comfortable one. I definitely recommend them to others.

On my birthday I had the unfortunate bout of the stomach flu & had to visit the kind people at ER KATY. They totally saved me, I was in so much pain & so dehydrated. They got me back so quickly & we're so thorough & patient, I felt at complete ease knowing I was in good hands. They got me in and out pretty fast, and even called to check on me the next day. I felt better the same day and they were really nice!
I have an IgE called Jobs Syndrome. Every so often I have very painful outbreaks which causes me to receive L&D along with packing. One Saturday I had a breakout. I called to see if this place could care for me and my needs. I came in and the front desk was so kind. The nurse staff and Doctors are wonderful. I introduced myself and explained the condition i suffer with. The doctor got started on the procedure and the nurse held my hand. We were done in about 20 mins. I have to say this. I took my daughter on a Friday night. Everyone was so nice. We did not have to wait. We walked in and got a room. My daughter got X-rays and we talked with the doctor and she was fixed up and out the door with in 30 minutes. It was quick and easy. They were all very nice and I would go again. 5 stars hands down! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
