Great service! The staff was kind, considerate, and caring.
Great Place! We didn't have time to complete the paperwork before I was being called back to a room. In and out of the ER in about 45 minutes. Best ER experience! I hope I don't have to go again but if my family or I need an ER, ER Katy is where we will go.
RecommendedWhile facing what I thought would be a traumatic turn out, the staff at ER Katy put my mind at ease from start to finish. The receptionist was an absolute sweetie and the nurses were very patient and kind.
My visit to the Katy ER recently was provided with excellent care for my wellbeing from the entire staff and doctors. Aswell, I received two follower up phone calls from the doctors requiring my wellbeing! Thank you to the doctors and staff, CS.
First impressions were spot-on!...quickly processed, and sent to examining room. On Easter Sunday, I thought I had a muscle strain; however, my calf was swollen, red, and with a localized fever. After I described the events leading up to what I thought was a muscle strain, Dr. Fite examined my calf, she stated it could be a blood clot, or cellulitis...she ordered an ultrasound (obviously, it's not feasible to have an ultrasound tech on-site 24/7, it took about 1/2 hour for the tech to arrive). This was the best ER experience I've ever had. Clean, quiet, aesthetically pleasing, staff was super sweet they took their time with me. Explained everything. I walked in, filled out my paperwork and bam I was in a quiet private room. Next day received a phone call making sure I was doing ok.
Arrived at 11pm on a Friday night during spring break, after having left another ER that was crowded beyond belief. I was seen in less than 5 minutes! Staff and doctors were very professional and thorough. Facility was immaculate and had enough seating for my children to sleep comfortably while I was treated. Doctor and staff followed up with several phone calls in the next few days to check in on me. I have never felt as well cared for as I did here.
Great care and quick results! We were seen right away, which was a welcome suprise after waiting over 2 hours at Memorial-Katy ER.
I didn't wait at all, I got helped really fast. They gave me medications and I was on my way. Very friendly staff.
