I am from Viriginia and was visiting my son and grandchilden. I fell down the stairs and broke 4 ribs, fractured 4 verterbrae and bruised my lung. I have been to a lot of "docs in the box" that is what we call them in virginia. This place was unbeliveable. The care I received was beyond 5 stars and should be 10 stars. I took my husband to ER Katy and he received excellent care from the moment we walked in. The front staff, nurses and Dr. answered all of our questions and provided him with great care!! We will use ER Katy again as needed. Thank you!!
