I've come here to shadow at ER Katy and have truly been amazed by the genuine attentiveness and care offered at this clinic. The doctors and nurses take the time to listen and make sure each patient is taken care of. In addition, Dr. Brown does an excellent job of contributing back to the community by offering several scholarships to graduating high school seniors each year and encouraging students to pursue a career in medicine by allowing them to shadow at the clinic. RecommendedVery quickly seen, pleasant staff as always. If you are going to get sick or have an emergency, this should be your go-to. I rated 5 to give them the best. I don't like being sick, just for the record, but, for all intents and purposes as a business they continue to exceed my expectations. I go there instead of methodist hospital, which is closer, but this is much better.
Great bunch of folks. A lot going on- little or no wait, reasonable prices. They love what they do. They're quite creative about it.
I was very pleased with my experience. The whole facility was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished and well maintained. I only waited for a couple of minutes in the waiting area. I didn't even finish filling out the forms when I was called back and seen within just a few minutes. All of the staff were super friendly and compassionate. Dr. Pettit explained all the procedures/tests very well and I felt like I received very thorough care. And I received a follow up call the next day to check on how I was doing too.

My son had an accident at baseball practice last night. We went in to ERKaty. I was pleasantly surprised and amazed by the facility. Very clean and modern. Staff was wonderful and caring. I felt that they truly cared about the well being of my son. They were very clear in their evaluations, every step of the way and address all of our concerns. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely go there again. Thank you for your help and attention to my son.
