I found them to be very helpful concerned precise they had me in a room within minutes checked in and focused in on my symtems turns out i had bronchitis they were friendly and had me out the door in good time they even called me the next day to see how I was doing you don't find that with Drs now a days in the future and when I need help with a diagnosis they will be first on my list they were great
I can honestly say the service and follow up was great. No waiting, nurse and physician listened to concerns. Received a call within 24-48 hours to see how I was doing and any additional intervention was needed. Would definitely visit again if needed.
They care. They listen. They fix!! No one wants to leave home and sit in a doctors office for hours when they are sick. (Not me for sure) This place is comfortable, the people are great and it’s easy in and out. I totally recommend !
Great facility. Timely service. Caring staff. Grateful for the treatment for a slight back injury! I would definitely use this ER again (God willing I won't need it!)
We would like to thank Dr Mao, nurse Karen and all the staff at ER Katy for attending my wife and being able to determine quickly that my she need to be transferred to the hospital. They took care of setting up the transfer and getting her to the hospital for the much needed care. Thank You ER Katy
Love this ER! Better than any other ER I've ever seen. They have taken care of me and my one year old son recently and they were great both times! Got us in and out quickly and took care of all of our needs while we were there. So thankful that they are close to us!
