ER Katy took wonderful care of me! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to go to an ER. They are quick and thorough and everyone is always so nice. I have been here a couple of times now and no matter what the situation is they are always professional and always very quick to get you back.

I had a stubborn migraine that had been going on for over 4 days and some neck pain caused by the headache. After being here for only about 3 hours, I have experienced so much relief. I can’t say anything negative about this place. From signing in all the way to discharge was great. The staff are fantastic and I really felt like they cared about my wellbeing. This will be the only ER I come to from now on!

I received most professional, fast and caring help I have ever experienced living for 17 years in US. On Sept 4, I was taken by ambulance to one on the most renowned hospitals in Texas Medical Center. After over an hour of waiting for help, feeling worse and worse, I received information that "it will be probably around 3.5 hours before someone can even see me". Staff worked quickly and we walked right in. They made sure my daughter was comfortable and the doctor even called to check in the next day.
If I could give all the folks at ER Katy more stars, I would. I went in on July 4th not knowing what the issue was but thinking it was my heart. Knowing that I was in distress they took me immediately to a room. After the EKG, CAT scan, and blood work, Dr. Fite determined what the issue was and I stayed there for another 4 hours. I cannot rave enough how caring and attentive Joe, Jennifer, Dr. Fite, and especially Karen were. They are very amazing people work here. They dont make you wait like a real ER does. They help you very quick dont make you wait for a doc for long time. Will go back when i need too.
