Five stars to ER Katy for the level of care they provided to me. The doctor and nurses were attentive, comforting, and professional. The nurses were extremely friendly, funny, and made sure I was comfortable. I was amazed when I saw the nurses drag a chair in the room just so my 6’4” hubbs was comfortable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic, friendly, and comforting environment from the time of check-in, to being seen, to checking out. Our daughter had a sports injury and she was X-ray and they took very good care of us @11pm. Definitely worth our drive into Katy; and I am not one to ever leave a Review. Dr. O’Connor was amazing!
I absolutely cannot even begin to express my gratitude to the entire team that helped me when I was there! I was in agonizing pain and Dr Pettit was AMAZING and he made sure I didn’t feel rushed and kept me comfortable until we found the problem and I recovered 100% on the meds he prescribed. My nurse Sharon could not have been more awesome! She was patient with my awful veins and had the best personality anyone could hope for. Broke my foot tonight when my German Shepherd jumped up and accidentally pushed me into a wall. I went to ER Katy. From the receptionist, Karen, the nurse Cindy (Lucinda) the radiologist, and Dr. Woods it was a great experience. Not sure going to the ER is ever “great” but this crew did an amazing job. Kind, efficient, and extremely caring. The place is immaculately clean as well. I was very impressed and thankful I went there. Thank you all!

Great place .Free cpr classes
I dread ER visits, but ER Katy was a totally different experience. They were quick, thorough, friendly, and informative. Everyone we encountered were super nice and kept us informed on how long the X-Rayy would take, how long before the report was finished, and gave us great feedback and instructions on how to take care of the injury. They even followed up the next day to check on my son. I was very impressed. I will never go back to a hospital ER again.
