Kevin, John and Robert were simply amazing. Kevin came out one day before the freeze and fixed our heater quickly and he recommended we get our ducts cleaned. Explain all the benefits and all we agreed and a few days later John and Robert were here to get the job done. Now those two are an amazing duo. They’re super friendly and super thorough. My AC went out today and I contacted Cool- Leo and Dustin came out to the house within 45 mins of calling him. Dustin was very nice and efficient. He provided me with a diagnostic and explained things about my AC unit that I wasn’t knowledgeable about. I appreciate his honesty and getting my AC back running because we all know this Texas heat is NO JOKE.

These guys showed up and replaced my Outdoor AC unit in the middle of the night. They discovered a clogged valve in the attic that caused my compressor to blow out. They also found my main drip line to be clogged and a hole in my drain pan. Lennox would not help Big Tex wouldn't even come inspect. Cool-Leo fixed everything and saved me from water damage and a failed AC. I highly recommend them.
