JD is an outstanding service rep, extremely knowledgeable and all troubleshooting of a vehicle. I’ve been coming to them for the last three years and they perform superior service all the time. Months ago I went to this location for service on my 2010 Ford F150. I had several repairs done to my vehicle. Long story short, they are EXTREMELY overpriced (confirmed by other local repair shops) and the quality of work is subpar. My mother and I went to pick up the vehicle and had concerns about the pricing as I was told a different price over the phone. When arrived the price was more.
