I had many great experiences with Auto Check! I have been dealing with them for nearly 8 years. The staff has been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. In fact, Daniel, the manager of Auto Check, has a wealth of expertise in auto repair and can detect any problems and finds the appropriate pathway of dealing with them. Disappointed in the service after being referred to by Discount Tires located on Briarforest. Long story. Spoke with Doug, who I found to be using sarcasm with me to explain the issue with my car. My first mistake was not taking the vehicle to a dealership or a reputable/ trustworthy company for repairs. I was told the shaking in my car was due to the rotor issue. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle. I brought my car in for a repair and they quoted me $15,000, claiming the issue was "unrepairable" for anything less. They then tried to pressure me into selling them my vehicle (which has a B58 engine and is worth over $20k) for a measly $1,500. ​They were obviously trying to scare me into handing over a valuable car for pennies. "Phenomenal service! The customer was able to get a same-day appointment for an oil change. The customer dropped off the vehicle and the shop called before noon to say it was ready. I went in to get a state inspection yesterday on 7/26/2023. It didn’t take that long but once I got back to my car my handle on the driver side was slightly sticking out. I had to force it back in. That has NEVER happened. Now when I am attempting to unlock my car door my handle sticks out at times, which is an eye sore & also an inconvenience to me. Arjan Rexho inspected my car, I’m not sure if it was him who caused this issue but I hope you be a little more gentle with door handles moving forward.
