RecommendedIncredible experience! I dropped in without calling ahead or scheduling an appt in dire need of an oil change just after opening. Such friendly reception and response to help me. The service was fast! I was worried I’d be late, but I was out the door and on my way to work in under 15minutes. The manager saw my DV plates and automatically provided Military discount. Truly amazing experience and incredible service!
We had an oil change here a few months back. We took our Jeep to a different place for the next oil change and they were not able to do it because the bolt had been seized on by Auto Care USA. They told us we would need to take it back to them or pay for a new oil pan. We took it back to Auto Care and they decided to blame the company that couldn't even do the oil change because of the seized bolt that Auto Care USA caused.
