We had an oil change here a few months back. We took our Jeep to a different place for the next oil change and they were not able to do it because the bolt had been seized on by Auto Care USA. They told us we would need to take it back to them or pay for a new oil pan. We took it back to Auto Care and they decided to blame the company that couldn't even do the oil change because of the seized bolt that Auto Care USA caused.
